NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals



Cayuga Ventures, LLC bought 6,325 square feet of office space at 1520 Blake St. in Denver from Jet Investment IV, LLC for $2.23 million. Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the seller.



iPlan, LLC bought 9,275 square feet of office space at 2911 Walnut St. in Denver from Quadra, LLC for $3 million. Todd Silverman and Alexander Bos represented the seller.



Vasquez Operations LLC leased 26,840 square feet of office space at 5301-5303 Vasquez Blvd. in Commerce City. Pete Wycoff represented the landlord.



Project Resources Group, Inc. leased 6,900 square feet of office space at 750 W. Hampden Ave., suite 250 in Englewood. Jim Cortney and Bill Maher represented the landlord.



Rally4 leased 4,536 square feet of office space at 7000 E. Belleview Ave., suite 220 in Greenwood Village. Bill Maher represented the tenant.



Guild Mortgage Company subleased 4,508 square feet of office space at 3773 E. Cherry Creek North Drive in Denver. Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the sub-landlord.



Dunn + Kiley Architects, LLC leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 1292 W. 10th Ave. in Denver. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the landlord.



Colorado Podiatry Consultants PC leased 2,217 square feet of office space at 2727 Bryant St., suite 400 in Denver. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the tenant.



Urgent Care Extra leased 3,530 square feet of retail space at 2241 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Bill Maher and Nathan Palmer of National UC Realty represented the tenant.



JS Signs and Printing, LLC leased 2,590 square feet of retail space at 2712-2790 S. Havana St., suite 2712-A in Aurora. Bill Maher and Nathan Palmer of National UC Realty represented the tenant.



Beauty Systems Group, LLC leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 9625 E. Arapahoe Road, suite H in Centennial. Sand Feld represented the landlord.



Snarf’s 17th St., LLC leased 1,875 square feet of retail space at 555 17th St., suite 180 in Denver. Todd Snyder represented the tenant.
