Broker Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:
SMRC is looking for solution-driven, innovative, and motivated entrepreneurs who desire to be a member of a nationally recognized team of real estate professionals with over fifty years of experience within the Denver Commercial Real Estate market. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment and leasing strategies.
- Formulate thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements.
- Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure the most up-to-date property and client information.
- Reports to Managing Broker.
- Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the Denver commercial property market
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection.
- High levels of personal responsibility, and honesty
